Photography | A Photo Study in Greece

Hi friends! Here’s my second piece revisiting some old travels through photography. My first post was about France and you can read it here.

Athens: I also wrote a post about our adventures in Athens! If you’re interested, you can read it here. Athens was where the impacts of the economic crisis were most obvious.

This was the view from our hotel, I still absolutely love it.

Delphi: This was the place I was most excited to visit, unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures in the city itself; these are all from the Temple of Apollo and site of the Oracle.

Olympia, site of the original Olympics

Into the racetrack

Mycenae: Some of the oldest ruins lay here. For me, this was where we did a lot of frolicking and played with flowers.

Epidaurus Theatre: Famous for it’s perfect acoustics!

Casual chats from the top with our friends at the bottom, bless the Greeks

Mykonos: The most beautiful sunsets exist here.

Cretian bakery and hopping aboard the cruise ship at night:

Ephesus, Turkey: One of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World was here, also some of the best preserved ruins

The Library at Ephesus
Preserved Tiled Mosaic Floor

Oia, Santorini: It was a gloomy day. It was beautiful.

There’s a reason Oia is the backdrop for so many movies

Thanks for checking this one out guys! Hope you enjoyed it and that I tried to give some more background to the pictures this time 🙂 Let me know what you want to see next – Italy, China, or the USA.

xx Sabrina
